1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Toolember at toolember.com and every tool, calculator, converter, and generator on it. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What Toolember provides

Toolember offers free, browser-based utility tools for general informational and everyday use. Most tools run entirely in your browser and do not send your input to a server. Some tools fetch public data (for example live gold and oil prices) through a proxy; those requests carry no personal data.

Most tools are provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time.

2a. Accounts and paid subscriptions

Some features (for example Dynamic QR Pro) require an account and a paid subscription. You may sign in with Google or an email magic link; you are responsible for activity under your account. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases and handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes; Polar's terms also apply to the transaction. Cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Use of dynamic QR links is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Results are estimates, not professional advice

Toolember's calculators and tools produce estimates for general information only. They are not a substitute for professional advice. In particular, the financial tools (loan, mortgage, paycheck, compound interest, retirement, and similar) are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and the health tools (BMI, calorie, macro, pregnancy, ovulation, and similar) are not medical advice. 4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, republish, or resell the site's content or tools in bulk without permission.
• Introduce malware or attempt to interfere with how the site works for other users.

5. Intellectual property

The Toolember name, design, written content, and tool implementations are owned by Toolember and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the tools for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy the site's content or code to create a competing service.

6. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services for analytics, performance monitoring, and advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy. Some tools rely on third-party data sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms.

7. No warranty

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You use the tools and rely on their results at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolember and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on a tool's output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8a. Your content and dynamic QR destinations

You are solely responsible for the destination URLs and content behind any dynamic QR code or link you create, and for keeping them lawful. Toolember does not create, control, endorse, or continuously monitor those destinations and is not responsible for third-party content they point to. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toolember and its operator from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your codes or their destinations, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

8b. Suspension, termination, and final decision

Toolember may suspend, disable, or terminate any code, link, or account at its discretion, including immediately and without notice for suspected illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited use. In matters of policy enforcement and eligibility, Toolember's determination is final. Accounts terminated for prohibited use are not entitled to any refund (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). Paid features require you to be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
